Charltons Quality Store delivery charge is £50 within a 25 mile radius of the store

Your furniture will be delivered into your home, and to the room of your choice. Placed in position unwrapped and assembled where needed, and all packaging will be removed. We can remove your old furniture on a like for like basis for a charge of £50, please phone store for details.

Access

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide adequate access to the room of your choice. Please check the items you have ordered will fit through any necessary doorways, taking into consideration low ceilings, stairways, and narrow corridors.

Cancelling an Order Prior to Delivery

Stock Orders

If you wish to cancel a stock order, please email us at sales@ charltonsfurnishers.co.uk or contact us on 01803 524370 between 9.30 am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. We will require the order number and date of the order to assist you. Once we acknowledge receipt of you cancellation, you will receive a full refund using the same method as your original payment. Made to Order Item

You do not have the right to cancel an order by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 of the Distance Selling regulations in respect of the supply of product (s) made to your specifications which by reason of there nature cannot be returned unless they are defective.

It is unlikely that we can sell such item (s) to another customer at the full selling price. We therefore reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% and not less than 20% of the order value.

If you wish to cancel a made to order or a special-order item. we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine any made to order or special-order items meet their requirements and fit in the room of their choice.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to return any products that are not made to order or special order for a full refund excluding the delivery charge. You must inform us you wish to return an item within 14 days of delivery, and we must receive the item within 14 days of your returns request. However, if you require us to collect the goods, we charge £50 within our 25 mile delivery radius. Please contact the store for the cost of collection outside of our 25 mile delivery radius.

Please note, we do not accept returns of mattresses, divans, headboards and divan bases unless they are un-opened, unused and still in their original packaging.

Items have to be returned in perfect condition. It is the customers responsibility to look after the goods until are collected/returned. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item if the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition. Flat pack furniture which has been assembled cannot be returned.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

All goods are to be inspected by our delivery team and signed for. In the unlikely event any faults are found with a product these must be noted with our delivery team. If an item is faulty, we usually offer to order a replacement product, leaving you with the delivered item to use until the replacement arrives. Alternatively, we can arrange for an experienced service technician to visit you at a convenient time to carry out a repair.

If any damages or faults are noticed after delivery you are required to contact us within 3 days of delivery.
